TERMS OF SERVICE
by commissioning me, you agree to the following terms: - commissioned art is for personal use only. any use of the art for commercial purposes or other profit (such as reselling) is prohibited.
- commissioned artworks will be posted and used for example unless requested not to by the customer.
- artworks are not to be used for any AI, NFT, blockchain-tech, cryptocurrency, or anything in relation to it.
- artworks are not to be claimed as your own, traced, or copied. credit on use is preferred.
- visual references for characters or character design elements (for design comms), backgrounds, poses, etc, are required. picrew/gachalife, real life images, and other artworks are allowed as references, please refrain from using ai images.
- commissions can be denied or cancelled for any reason.
PAYMENT
- full payment is taken upon starting the commission, no payment plans.
- 50% refunds only in early progress, no full refunds.
- partial refunds can be requested if there has been no progress for 2 or more months / artwork is unfinished within 3 months.
EDITS
- do not take it upon yourself to edit commissioned artwork, if there are changes to be made then discuss it with me, the artist.
- major revisions are only to be made in sketching phase, minor edits can be made at any point.
